MHA doing survey on death penalty
A survey is under way to gather public sentiment towards the death penalty here. The Straits Times understands that this is the first time that the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is conducting a survey on the death penalty. The national survey, between October and December this year, will involve 2,000 Singaporeans and Singapore permanent residents. The MHA informed participants in letters, seen by ST, that market research consultancy Blackbox Research has been commissioned to carry out the survey, called Survey On Singapore Residents' Attitudes Towards The Death Penalty 2018.
